How much does it cost, and how do I book?
How much does window cleaning cost on the Central Coast?

How do I get a quote?

Is there a deposit?
Yes, $50 to book any job, and it comes off your final bill. The pricing page compares one-time jobs and plans side by side.
How much do I save by bundling services?
Booking two or more High Tide Window Cleaning services together, like windows and gutters, typically takes about $50 off the total.
Plans and cancellations
How do plans, billing and cancellations work?
How does the window cleaning plan work?
The High Tide window plan puts your home on the calendar every 4 or 6 months and takes $50 off every visit. It runs on a signed agreement, and the card on file is billed automatically after each visit.
What's the difference between a one-time job and a plan?
Both start with a signed agreement and a $50 deposit that goes toward your bill. A plan adds $50 off every window visit, automatic billing after each visit and free touch-ups for up to a week.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before the visit and there’s no fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours ahead, High Tide Window Cleaning keeps the $50 deposit as a late-cancellation fee.
Is there a gutter cleaning plan?
Yes. High Tide Window Cleaning offers a 1-year gutter plan on a signed agreement, billed automatically after each cleaning. Plan details are set at your free in-person quote.
Window cleaning
What's included in a window cleaning?
What does a window cleaning include?
Every High Tide Window Cleaning visit cleans the glass with deionized (purified) water and deep-scrubs the frames, tracks, sills and screens, at no extra charge.
Why does deionized water matter?
Deionized water has its minerals removed, so it dries clear instead of leaving the white spots tap and well water leave behind. That’s why glass cleaned this way stays clearer after the next rain.
How do you clean second-story windows?
High Tide Window Cleaning uses water-fed poles to clean high glass from the ground, and is licensed and insured for ladder work where a pole can’t reach.
How often should I clean my windows?
Every 4 months near the ocean, every 6 inland. A window cleaning plan puts you on that schedule with $50 off each visit.
Solar panel cleaning
How do you clean solar panels?
How much does solar panel cleaning cost?
High Tide Window Cleaning charges $12 per panel for solar panel cleaning, plus an access charge for steep or second-story roofs.
Do you use a pressure washer on solar panels?
Never. Solar glass gets hand-brushed with soft bristles and rinsed with deionized water. Here’s how High Tide cleans solar panels.
How often should solar panels be cleaned?
Twice a year suits most homes here, more often near farms or dirt roads. The solar cleaning frequency guide explains why.
Gutters and washing
What about gutters, house washing and driveways?
When should I clean my gutters?
October or November, before the first winter storm. Homes under trees often add a spring cleaning. Details in when to clean gutters.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill mold, mildew and algae on stucco, siding and paint. Pressure washing uses high pressure and is for concrete and pavers. High Tide Window Cleaning soft-washes houses and pressure-washes driveways.
Is soft washing safe for my plants?
High Tide Window Cleaning rinses plants and landscaping with fresh water after a soft wash and covers outdoor electrical outlets before it starts.
How much does driveway pressure washing cost?
High Tide Window Cleaning charges $0.25 per sq ft for driveway, patio and walkway pressure washing, so a 600 sq ft driveway costs about $150.
