Who we are

High Tide Window Cleaning (owner: Braylon Howard) provides window, solar panel and gutter cleaning, soft washing and pressure washing in San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County. Contact: (805) 440-8061, hightidecleaning2025@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, service address and the services you choose. If you book, we also keep your service agreement, job details, job photos and payment records. Like most websites, this site’s server logs basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your quote, schedule and carry out the work, send appointment and job texts, bill you, and keep records required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages and email

Quote requests are sent to our team by email and text message. We text you about your quote and appointments. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts that aren’t part of a job you’ve booked.

Payments

Card payments, including automatic billing for plan customers, are handled by our payment processor. Card numbers are not stored on this website.

Photos

We take before-and-after photos of our work and text them to you. We only use photos of your home on our website or social media if you agree in your service agreement, and we leave out house numbers, faces and personal items.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics later, we’ll update this policy.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we use to run the business (for example, email, text messaging, payment processing and website hosting), and when required by law.

Your choices and California privacy rights

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests we don’t book for up to 12 months, and customer records for as long as needed for service, billing, warranty and tax purposes.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
